This is Speedy Chorizo Bolognese from Miguel Barclay’s Fast and Fresh One Pound Meals. I wouldn’t strictly call it a bolognese but it was nice. You can see Miguel do the recipe on his Instagram.
This is the Simple Spelt Loaf from Donna Hay’s Basics to Brilliance, I don’t think I’ve ever made a more prettier loaf but taste and texture wise, I’ve had better. I’m not a massive fan of spelt, so that’s probably why, it’s just I had a million bread recipes and I wanted something simple and this was simple.
