January has not been that photogenic for me, however we did go and have a look at the street art in Shoreditch, as S had recently been on a school art trip to the area and she wanted to share what she’d learnt.
Chewing gum art outside Old Street station.
A commissioned piece by Camille Walala.
A site specific piece, those silver coloured metal things on the wall are ash trays.
Some Space Invader, amongst other artists.
A pasta machine was used in the making of this, apparently.
S did tell me who this artist was and I’ve forgotten but I like it. They also did the X.
I like these, I’ve also seen the speech bubbles pop up in Southbank.
These two were from a commissioned project where the artists worked in pairs.
This is, I think, a theatre.
The above two, are two Banksys that I hadn’t seen before.
A Stick, I like Stick.
