On the menu – 3 ingredient Mac & Cheese


This was made with my daughter S, it’s a good student-y recipe, and although I’m pretty confident that she can cook, I’m starting to bear in mind good recipes to show her for when she probably goes off to university in a bit over 3 years time. The recipe is from Tasty and is basically just cooking the pasta in milk and then stirring in lots of grated cheese at the end. The recipe is for 3, which is the number of servings that we needed to make but each portion is incredibly filling. Anyway, the result is pretty passable Mac & Cheese, it’s obviously not the same as a Mac & Cheese that has been lovingly tended and put in the oven for a lot longer cooking time than 20 minutes but it was pretty good.
