On the menu – lentil bolognese


I’d been fancying a good lentil bolognese, so I made one. I’ve made a few in the past and I’ve found that some recipes are okay and some recipes are so so, this one, by I heart eating was pretty good. I did make a couple of changes though, the recipe calls for lots of different types of tomato products, I switched it to just passata and tomato paste and I wasn’t sure what the baking soda was for, so I didn’t add it and I found the recipe to be fine with both alterations.
